COD - once your order is processed if you selected COD as form of payment on your order you will recieve an email or call for the amount to have ready to give to the UPS driver when he delivers your order.   If this is your first order DO NOT select this payment option since your order will not be processed, you must be approved for COD.   All COD amounts are payable to HatMan Sales by money order only, no company checks or personal checks are accepted unless approved in advance.  No checks will be accepted for approval on COD orders until after at least 12 months of order history.  We do not accept COD orders with unlisted phone numbers, cell phone numbers and addresses that cannot be verified.  The name of the business or name must match the address the order is shipped to.

If any COD order is returned due to no funds available or refused the customer can no longer order  - no exceptions are made on returned CODs.  It is your reponsibility to be professional and have the money ready and available when UPS delivers your order.

Due to our price structure and volume of orders we do not offer net terms or pre payment of orders.  We also cannot hold orders to ship at a later date.
