1. Can anyone buy and place orders at this site and from HatMan Sales?

No.  We are a wholesale distributor and seller only.  We do not sell to the end consumer and or sell individual retail sales at this site.  Only retail stores, approved dealers, team sales, bulk government and non profit sales can place orders.  See How to Order page for more details. We do not sell businesses for auction site sales or Ebay resellers.

2.  Is there a minimum purhase?

Yes.  New customers have a minimum of $75.00 per order before shipping charges for their first two orders placed.  After the first two orders the minimun purchase is $50.00 per order before shipping charges.

3.  Are all items and products you have listed online?

Yes.  We update our site daily and everything that is in stock is listed on the site.  If you are looking for an item you saw before and cannot find it on the site then it is out of stock.  Some items may came back in stock and some may not.  But if something is not on the site then we do not have it in stock.

4. Can you drop ship to my customers or a third party?

No.  We do not do any drop shipping to your customers or any third party.  The only exception is if you are working at a trade show, fair or festival in some cases we can ship orders to those locations in your name.  Those orders would be credit card payment only.

5.  Do you offer any special orders or custom embroidery?

Yes and No.   We do not do smaller quanities for special designs or custom orders.  Our minimum is 72 pieces for local one location flat embroidery with 2-4 week delivery.  For 3D and multiple location embroidery the minimum is 720 pieces per design per color with delivery time of 16-20 weeks.  For price and more information you need to call or email during business hours.

6.  Can I call or fax in my order?

Yes.  You can phone or fax in an order but if this is your first order you still need to open an account at the website for approval to order.  We are a web based wholesaler and encourage all customers to place their orders at the website for efficiency and accuracy.  All website orders are processed and delivered first.  If you do phone in an order you still need to go to the website and get the item numbers you want to order. We do not take phone orders or faxed in orders without the proper product item number from the website.   Our fax line is 502 459-4551
