Who Can Order We are a wholesaler only and sell only to businesses such as: retail stores, dealers, festival & fair vendors, team sales, embroidery shops, screen print dealers, government agencies and some non profit groups. Your business or group should have a business license number and/or state sales tax number for the state where the orders are shipped in most cases to qualify. Your state sales tax number for the following states must be entered with your first order and we must have a copy on file with us: Kentucky. All other states we do not at this time need but you still must be a legitmate business. We do not process orders for the end consumer. Minimum opening order is $75.00 for your first two orders, reorders are $50.00 after that. We do not sell to businesses using auction sites or Ebay resellers. Even if you are a business, in some cases you may not meet the requirements to create an account with HatMan Sales. In some parts of the country our dealer distribution is filled or your type of business does not fit in with existing distribution. But if you are a legitmate business with the proper tax numbers you need to do the following to order: 1. Create an account at the website and complete all information required. It is important that the phone numbers you list match up to your address. Do not use a cell phone number as your main contact number. Unlisted phone numbers or cell phone numbers will delay approving your account. 2. Submit your order - minimum opening order is $75.00 (minimum is $75.00 before shipping charges on your first two orders) and after your second order the minimum is only $50.00 per order. 3. You will receive an email shortly after your order is placed and within 24 - 48 hours you will recieve another email regarding the status or delivery of your opening order. Your credit card is not charged until the order is approved and on the way to you. 4. Once your account and order is approved all of your orders from that point on are processed immediately and shipped with 24 hours.
