Shipping

We ship only by United Parcel Service.  We cannot ship to US Postage Boxes or addresses that cannot be verified though UPS. The only exceptions are APO Military addresses which are shipped via the US Post Office.

Most orders recieved by 2 PM EST are shipped the day they are recieved.  We charge the UPS rates for each order.  Rates and UPS deliverly options are shown to you at time of checkout of your order.

Returns and adjustments

We offer no guarantee sales or warranty on any items. Any problems or discrepancies with any order require notification to customer service be made within 2 days of receipt of order for any adjustment to be made.  This is a wholesale site and company, so all dealers take the responsibility and risk to market the products they purchase.  No returns are offered to take back inventory, slow sellers, customer returns, customer cancelations or any other reason.  Damaged goods in shipping the dealer must make a claim though UPS.  Damaged goods for any other reason are dealt with on a case by case basis.
